How does payment take place?
After the session, you will receive an invoice by email, which you can easily pay via iDEAL.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations or rescheduling within one working day (24 hours) before the appointment, 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
Do I get reimbursement for relationship or family therapy?
Since 2013, relationship therapy has no longer been included in the basic health insurance. This form of therapy is not considered Primary Psychological Care or General Basic Mental Health Care. This means that the costs for relationship therapy are at your own expense.
Are VAT costs charged?
For private sessions, no VAT costs are charged. For business relationships, we can provide an invoice including VAT.
